Advertising manager, turned artist, speaker, and dream advocate, Tamish Bates knows what it means to risk it all to pursue your life's purpose and dreams, and how fulfilling it is when you do so.

After getting her degree in Advertising, and tackling the fast-paced world of Advertising Media for 5.5 years, Tamish quit her job to pursue what she discovered to be her purpose full-time.

During this time period, she started to do a ton of soul-searching. "How did I get here in the first place?" As she dug deeper, and answered some tough questions, each answer developed into a trail that led her back to her Junior and Senior year in High School.

As the daughter of two college graduates, Tamish knew that college was the natural next step for her, but she like many others at that age, didn’t have an idea of what she wanted to do in college, and therefore the rest of her life.

“I was in college prep programs, but none truly dove into or questioned me about my interests, or professed major of choice. The focus was on getting in…. but getting in to do WHAT? That is the disconnect. My parents are from a different generation, so they were not equipped to direct me in that regard."

She surveyed a ton of her peers, adults, college students, and even high school students, and overwhelmingly, they all echoed the same sentiments. Tamish was clear that she needed to provide a solution to this issue, especially as she has a natural gift to help others get clarity.

There A.E.I.O. YOUTH was born.

Not only do students need exposure to WHAT is possible for them, but they also need direction and guidance on HOW to discover or articulate their passions, and the options on making that a career.

Her goal is to use her voice and experience to empower others, and assist them with living the life of their dreams.
